“In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.” - Albert Einstein
What is Mediation?
Conflicts ending in legal disputes are often concluded with expensive results in which either one party wins and one party loses, or both parties are faced with an unattractive compromise. Mediation is a dispute resolution process, in which the parties develop a common solution to their conflict, which is acceptable by all parties. The task of a mediator is to support the parties involved by helping them clarify and articulate their own perspectives and better understand the perspectives of the opposing party, culminating in an agreeable outcome in which both parties are happy.
What are the benefits of mediation?
By working together to develop an agreeable solution outside of court, time and money can be saved. It also provides the opportunity to find fair and realistic solutions to economic and practical issues facing the parties, thereby helping to heal psychological rifts.
At Schulze-Borges PartGmbB we can represent you individually as your outside attorney to the mediation process, or we can provide both parties with a neutral, impartial mediator. Should you have any further questions regarding mediation, please do not hesitate to contact Mrs. Natalie Barke.
